Mr. Norris Vassell, President: – Mr. Vassell is a highly skilled, motivated, work-driven professional who has more than 25 years of knowledge and experience in the field of Architecture and Engineering specific to Housing Construction and Remodeling. Mr. Vassell is detailed-oriented, strives for perfection in every task or project. and has proven his ability to complete projects to his clients’ satisfaction. Mr. Vassell also works tirelessly to complete projects in a timely manner and within budget.
Mr. Vassell has degrees in Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering. With these qualifications, Mr. Vassell has worked with companies such as Jackson & Tull Chartered Engineers, as a Computer Aided Designer and Drafter Engineer (CADD); John J. Christian and Associates, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), with the Federal Government, as an Outside Plant Project Engineer on a number of LAN (Local area Network) cabling Infrastructure Installation (Fiber Optics) Projects ; K Hovnanian Homes as a Community Construction Manager, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities including monitoring and directing all subcontractors and construction technicians; and with the District of Columbia Housing Authority where he served as a Quality Assurance Housing Inspector.
