Mr. Vassell is highly skilled, motivated, hard working work-driven professional who has more than 25 years of knowledge and experience in the field of Architecture and Engineering specific to Housing Construction and Remodeling. Mr. Vassell is detailed-oriented, strives for perfection in every task or project. and has proven his ability to complete projects to his clientsà satisfaction. Mr. Vassell also works tirelessly to complete client project in a timely manner and within budget.
Mr. Vassell has degrees in Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering. With these qualifications, Mr. Vassell, has worked with companies such as Jackson & Tull Chartered Engineers, as a Computer Aided Designer and Drafter Engineer (CADD), John J. Christian and Associates, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), with the Federal Government, as an Outside Plant Project Engineer, K Hovnanian Homes as a Community Construction Manager, and with the District of Columbia Housing Authority where he served as a Quality Assurance Housing Inspector.
